Our examination, surgical,and dental procedure hours are scheduled by appointment.

Please obtain all previous medical records for your pets. For example, if you have moved please call your previous veterinary hospital and request that the medical records are either faxed, emailed, or mailed to our office. Our fax number is 813-926-5264. ** Request all full medical records including the veterinarians physical exam notes, blood/laboratory work results, copies of x-rays, vaccine and preventative care records, pathology reports and any notes regarding anesthesia, surgical or dental procedures **
It is important that your new veterinarian is well informed of your pets medical history, previous illnesses, reactions to medications, pathology reports from previous growth aspirates or removals, and any other pertinent anesthesia, medical, dental, or surgical history.
If we can assist in this process in any way, please contact one of our helpful team members. We can help look up phone numbers and information for you and also let you know when we have received records to see if pets are due for preventative care or to inform you of recommendations specific to your pets.

Payment for services:
Payment for services is due at the time of your appointment. Our trained team members can assist you by providing estimates so you can make informed decisions prior to any procedures or preventative care. Please communicate any concerns that you have, so that we may work within your budget. We accept cash, Pre-printed personal checks with a valid Florida Drivers License, Visa, Mastercard, and debit cards. We also accept Care Credit - a veterinary credit card that allows you to make payments plans to them, while they pay your veterinary bill in full at the time of the appointment.
